Cruise Activities Coordinator Tanja Novovic's statement regarding the article on cruising tourism in Montenegro for Dnevne novine (national newpapers):
"In 2018, we expect 16 cruise ships that will bring about 33,000 passengers. In comparison to last year when we had 9 ships and 11,000 passengers, this is a significant increase and an indicator that we are working hard to promote Bar as a new cruise destination in the Mediterranean. Our plans are that these numbers continue to grow.
Owing to the contacts and references of our parent company Global Ports Holding, Montenegro and Bar have regularly been promoted at the largest cruise fairs in Miami and Barcelona for the last four years . "
